What are you letting cool down? Is the car over heating? Do you smell something burning?

Well that's thing I don't know what's cooling down. The car isn't over heating but it smells like smoke . It's like if the car gives up and has to recharge

Sounds like it's time for a new clutch rebuild kit. It's slipping. That's why your RPM's are going up but the car goes slower until it stalls out.

Nope that not the answer my 2001 is doing exact same thing and it's automatic.
