I just got a tune Up on my car then it started
jerking while it's sitting still and im driving .

It almost sounds like there is a spark plug wire off, double check. Or else a spark plug got cracked installing it.

Or they simply crossed a pair of wires. Take it back to whoever did it and have them fix it at NO charge
