How do you check the transmission fluid in a 2009 Pontiac Torrent automatic?

There is no owner accessible sip stick. It’s yellow and buried up above the suspension on the drivers side. Can only see it on a lift.

It is accessible by removing the motor mount that is blocking it literally only four bolts easily accessible the one large long motor mount bolt then remove the three bolts that go through the bracket to the transmission lifted up give it a little twist and it'll come right out giving you access to the dipstick you have to get creative with a long funnel to get fluid in it but what I don't know is the fluid checked with the engine running or not
