car will not start but making noises

2009 BUICK ENCLAVE–PUT SPARE "DONUT" TIRE ON IT 2 DAYS AGO.HAVE NOT DRIVEN OR STARTED IT. ORDERED NEW TIRE. GOT IN CAR TO TAKE TO TIRE SHOP.CAR WILL NOT START. NOTHING NOT EVEN CLICKS. LOOKED UNDER HOOD TO JUMP IT OFF.CANNOT FIND BATTERY STEMS.THEN CLICKING AND GRINDING NOISE ALL OVER CAR.TRIED TO TAKE KEYS OUT BUT THEY’RE STUCK IN THE IGNITION IN THE OFF BUT NOT LOCKED POSITION TO TAKE THEM OUT.WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Thank you. I was concerned that perhaps there was a computerized problem with changing the tire. Every time I do anything to this car I have to enter a code to set the computer again.
