2009 Chevy Cobalt 5 speed

5 speed Chevy Cobalt 2009 will go
in gear but does not have
pressure I can push down on the
clutch put it in gear let off the
clutch let it start rolling before it
gets some pressure but wont go
over 5 miles an hour what is that
problem sometimes it won't even
move it all

Sounds like it needs a new clutch. Probably a job for a shop. Prepare yourself, its not an inexpensive job.
