my 2009 cobalt just had engine light come on with msg reading eng pwr reduced. only has 57,000 miles, i dont "hot rod", and its serviced by a friend at his job where hes a mechanic so its well taken care of. is there a recall on the acm of any kind? its reading "low voltage to the acm on the readout he did for me on sunday

Hi kherzing , Sorry to hear you are having these issues with your 09 'Cobalt. Unfortunately, I am unable to diagnose what's going on here. I suggest contacting your GM Dealership as they will be able to diagnose the problem and check to see if there are any special coverages or recalls related to the problem you are experiencing. Happened to me with my air intake, was experimenting with new homeade air intake, had to put stock air intake back in. Try checkin your air intake.
