Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hey all , Sorry to bother . I got a 2009 Chevy Cobalt , when even at low speeds
(10-20mph) the steering wheel is shaking and can feel a click when playing with
it . Can anybody possibly give me a direction to be starting in ?

Usually, I'd say that the shaking is due to tires out of balance or a bent rim. But the click points more to a damaged CV joint. Have a mechanic diagnose this.

If it clicks when standing still then tie rods, both inner and outer. If it clicks when moving then CV axles or hub bearings.
