How much 1973 VW Super Beetle Worth

We restored a 1973 VW Super Beetle 24 years ago.  It was driven for 2
years until our son went to college.  My husband used to start it up and drive
it periodically, but he passed 8 years ago and it hasn't move from garage
spot since then.  I have receipts from restoration, including the new engine
and associated parts.  The car currently won't start and the tires are bad
from sitting in one position.  There is one spot where rust bubbles appears.  
The interior is almost spotless and it still looks great although their are a few
dings on the outside.  My son lives across the country so is ready to sell.  I
don't know how money I should ask for the car.  Any help would be
appreciated.

Not running it is not worth much. Get it running and driving to get top dollar. I would compare it to other similar cars for sale. As it is I might offer you $1,000.
