Got a55 plate Honda Accord 2.2 ctdi drive along engine just shuts down pull over turn ignition off restart and away you go does not happen all the time

Have the checked for stored trouble codes and write any down that are found in the exact order they are shown. It can be done at almost any auto parts store like autozone, advance etc. Not all codes will turn the check engine light on. It sounds as if it may be a bad fuel relay or bad electrical connection, but the place to start is check for codes and if any, post them here.
