can not upload my photos

Click on the "Add photo" link between the reply box and the "Post your answer" link. Click on the "Choose File" link. Select the photo to upload, click on it and hit "Upload" at the bottom of the page.. Click on "Post your answer" to upload it.

I tried to do that and I received the following message Other errors prevented upload of image file:

I am having the same problem. This site will not allow me to upload more photos; perplexed.
