Riley the 4.6L V8 Dual Overhead, exclusive to the Cobras lists at 305 HP while the 4.6L V8 Single offers 225 HP The 3.8 V6 offers 150 HP. That appears to be the extent of the 1998 engine offerings ... More details in this review... http://www.automotive.com/1998/12/ford/mustang/reviews/index.html

cobra is in the neighborhood of 255 RWHP GT is around 195 RWHP V6 around 135 RWHP (the v6 contour and dohc v6 taurus are faster)
