why does my trans grind between gears

Bad synchros.. worn throw out bearing.... Take your vehicle to a real transmission specialist if you want to save your vehicle... Personally, it's a 1994..... That's getting really old... 23 years is the time I would think about putting this money into a new or late model .. better fuel efficiency and safety features.. just me. Good luck.
