why wont my 1995 gmc suburban 1500 start

So I bought the truck 3 days ago I drove it home in and out of town than back home but when I tried to leave again it wouldn't start. I took the starter in to see if it was bad. It was not. Its a brand new starter. Brought it back put it back in and it still wont start. it may be the battery idk but when I go to start it it doesn't turn over at all.

95 suburban won't start has fire and fuel new plugs,wires,cap and rotor timing is correct
