GMC rough idle, strong gas smell, backfiring

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I put in  fuel injector cleaner with very little gas.
(MY BAD)  have put on new fuel filter, new fuel
pump, cleaned gas tank, has new plugs. Which is
more likely the problem. ..throttle body,  distributor  
.open to suggestions plz

Yes check engine light is on & blinking. Pretty sure the plug wires are right.

Pull throttle body, easy to do, cleaner w/ carb and choke cleaner using nylon brush only, makes a he'll of difference.
