1998 moter grand Marquis

Why does my moter miss when getting up to temp?
Everything changed on it almost every part is new. Coil
pack tune up. everything. I mind you the moter is now in a
2001 Marquis it was an engine swag done about 5 months
ago. Doesn't miss in idle but misses when up to temp
cannot figure this out. Any advice

What is engine swag done? Otherwise Faulty spark plug (s), Faulty ignition coil (s), Clogged or faulty fuel injector (s), Intake air leak, Fuel injectors harness is open or shorted, Fuel Injectors circuit poor electrical connection, Ignition coils harness is open or shorted, Ignition coils circuit poor electrical connection, Insufficient cylinders compression, Incorrect fuel pressure.
