motor will not start.

i have a 1998 gmc 2500 pickup,i replaced fuel pump,filter,have 65 psi out of
the pump,but only have 30 psi at top of motor.will start if i put gas inside
motor.

Ok the fuel injectors, spider lines, and regulator need to be replaced. They are leaking. Best results when replace all as a unit as theses have ben redesigned.
