1999 gmc suburband My tail lights won't
come on all the other lights work except the
left n right lights I have replaced fuses and
light boards still nothing when I put the truck
in reverse the light come on but when intake
it out of reverse nothing again please help

Do you have brake lights? Check the grounds for those lights and bulb sockets, look for breaks or shorting out with them all the way to fuse block. May need a short finder.

Could be multifunction/combination switch. Fancy name for blinker stalk on column. It controls almost everything accept 3rd brake light. If you lose brake lights at tail and not 3rd brake, id test that. Can also effect blinkers on wrong side, no Cruise Control, hazard lights on always, wiper controls etc. Unfortunatly its a pain to replace, pull steering wheel in many cases, and expensive for what it is. $100-250
