my 2000 gmc sierra runs good and has no problems in the city. The Only problem it has is when it gets on the highway, it will only go up to 60mph and 65 would be forcing it .. What might it be ???

Its whenever im accelerating to 60mph that it starts to feel like its being forced but it only does it every so often ,not all the time

I guess ill have to get the tranny checked out then , thanks so much for the help .
