I have been having problems with my starter motor.

My starter motor does not seem to want to engage on a morning after a cold
night, you can hear it clicking but wont engage. On trying to start it this morning
it tried to engage on doing this it also sent the dash board instrument lights out.
Since then I have no power to my instruments panel or the starter motor any
help would be appreciated.

It's probably not the starter at all. You have a very low battery that needs charged up. Or you can jump start the vehicle, and that will prove the starter is good. Dash lights going out is also a sign of a fully discharged battery. Don't buy a battery or a starter until you have them tested. A "discharged" battery is NOT a "dead" battery.
