More info,would help.is starter tunring over and wont crank,or won,t turn over?

Jump starting neon,s,or jumping some one else with it,can lead to havoc on the ECM,other word,make the brain go stupid now and then.

Car was jumpstarted now no ignition and no turn over

Try removing positive cable for a little bit,then replace,may reset ECM,if this doe,s not work you and you know your battery is good,and starter,you may need to have the ecm flashed or replaced.
