I hv a chrysler neon 2l 2001 lx,when I start it there's a smoke in the fuse box(engine),when I check the mtp/v fuse is blasted even if I replace it pls help

You obviously have a short circuit somewhere. Check all the wires for exposed and/or metal touching exposed wire. Fix is easy enough, disconnect battery and get it done.
