my 99 ford Taurus 3.0 v6 wont start, fuel pump is ok, has fuel and air going to engine but no fire.

we tried starting  it with starter fluid and giving it a jump. we also ran a computer on it but nothing showed up. any suggestions?

I had this issue and replaced my battery. While installing the battery I noticed my car moved when I leaned against it, replaced shifter cable.
