I'd check the fuel pump relay. I believe there is a timer in the ECU to switch off fuel pump if key has been left in the "on" position for an extended period of time, so that said the fuel pump itself should not have burned out from your mistake, but if everything else checks out, do a fuel pressure test and see if it's maintaining pressure after cranking or dies off.
