Ford Explorer 99 rear window hinge

The rear window hinge (Connects the tailgate and
window) is coming out of the tailgate of the car and
I don’t know how to access the bolts to put a new
one in or Secure it

on the top inside of the window, you should see how the bolt for the tailgate glass hinge is attached via a nut. You probably need a new hinge assembly kit, the bolts are part of the hinge and end up rusting and break. Dorman part 703 270.

It’s on the other side the hinge not the piece that connects to the window the piece that connects to the car
