05 sierra will not run

05 sierra will start and run normally for 1 second then dies.  no lights on and
the code reader will not connect. it also had a issue where the gauge thought
it was overheating when it was not replaced waterpump thermostat and temp
sensor.any help would be a huge help thanks

Could also need the computer to reset! Unplug your battery for about 15sec or so and then hook them back up. Then turn your key to the position where everything comes on but not start it until about a 1minute. then try starting it up should reset computer.
