Does this model qualify for the cash for clunkers program?  What is its MPG?

What engine does it have? Both the 2.8 and 3.3 are rated at 20/29 mpg, but I have gotten 30+ with my 1989 3.3 engine. That's better mileage than you'll get with most new Hondas and Toyotas.
