Short answer, no. Ethanol is corrosive to fuel system components so so-called "flex fuel" engines that can burn either gas or E85 Ethanol typically have different fuel pumps, different injector rails, hardened valve seats, and a few other changes. It would be cheaper to find a car that had the Flex Fuel capacity than to try to replace everything with the proper parts to run E85.
