I have a 2000 Ford Expedition my current
wheels are 15x7, tires are 255 70r16.  Can I
change this?  If so to what?

You could go with 5 lug 17" wheels from a F150 or Expedition from 97 to 2003.

I sincerely am hoping you are not running 16" tires on 15" wheels!!!!!!!!!
