I have a 2000 ford expedition and my starter is frozen how do i thaw it to start my truck.

You say "Frozen". Do you mean froze as in ice? Where do you live and what is the temp? Now, if you meant it just does not turn over, that is another thing. I presume you know the battery is good. That being said, lets do a little trouble shooting. are your cables tight and clean connections. Do you hear any click or other noise from the starter? Obviously, more information is needed. Please let me know.

brand new battery, connections good, lights and everything work and do not dim when key is turned to start. Click, a single click, not the clicking, jumped yesterday, drove 1 hour, parked, today, click. 0-10 degrees last night today. read to use a heater, space, and a blow dryer...?

I think you might have a bad battery cable at the starter or solenoid. I had a similar case last year with a friend and when I tugged on the cable going to the starter it fell off. There were only a couple of strands of that large cable still making connection. Sounds like your solenoid is probably good and with a new starter that is about all that is left. NOW, don't forget even a new starter could be bad but not likely.
