hummm.could be anything..need more info.. ! fuel filter/pressure ok ??? transmission slipping????

Im totally ignorant when it comes to vehicles. Thw van starts fine. It revs alot when cold and accelerates very slowly. 2x it's felt like it dropped and slowed on rhe highway. Overall it doesnt pull off quick and takes time to build up speed. It has over 200k miles. Just had an oil change , wondering if i should change tranny oil...just dont want to get over charged if i bring it to a shop for a diagnostic
