I have a 02 dodge neon that everything but the
speedometer works i got the codes read came back
as speed sensors so i replaced those and still
nothing any idea what else it could be

you say you replaced 'those' speed sensors. there are 2 kinds in your car, the ones in the wheel hubs for the abs system, and the one on the transmission for the speedometer.
