Question type: Maintenance & Repair

cover gasket put on. After I left the oil light

fine and check for codes there is none. But
my light is still on. What is wrong?

Is this the low oil pressure light or the maintenance reminder? If it is the maintenance reminder the light just needs resetting. Low oil pressure warning could be a worn engine/oil pump or a bad oil pressure sender.

It’s your oil pump if light still is on after an oil change
