My 1973 Chevy C10, came with a 1978 350 engine with an Edelbrock carb. Just started sputtering going up a hill or if I give a hard acceleration? Any advice, aside from major problem?

Thank you both, I don't a bunch of mechanic tools. But the other morning, I started her and let her warm up. I screwed each adjustment needle all the way in, and unscrewed each 1 1/2 turns out. Got on the road and no more Sputtering. So far so good.
