2004 Dodge Intrepid

I have. 2004 Dodge intrepid and I can't keep it
running.. everytime it will start  but then the rpm go
up and as soon as it falls down it stalls out.. what
could this be? Could it be the muffler?

Have you tried changing the MAP sensor? I had a similar problem and when I changed the sensor it went away
