Have a 1988 Chevrolet with tbi and won't start it
turns but nothing

Check fuel pump and see if it's pumping gas. If it's working test your power going into your destributer, if so see if you got any power coming out.

If your fuel pumps working and you got plenty of spark, then you better check your timing.
