2004 Dodge dakota truck - 6 cylinder. #6 cylinder spark plug fouled after only one thousand miles since replacement. Could the spark plug coil assembly be at fault.

try and change that plug agin..before we go into all the things it might not be...is the plug oil or gas or carbon fouled.....gaped right/cracked??
