Hi there. if u see the brake switch there will be 2 wires. 1 wire is pure color and other will contain any other color with it. e.g if 1 is pure green other will be green white. take a test lamp attach it with green wire, if test lamp turns on then it means that the current from fuse box to brake switch is o.k. here u must check the back wiring grip whether it may contain any carbon or wire would braked some where, problem is there.

Yes power into one side of brake light switch. This is a normally open switch which closes when the brake pedal is depressed. There is sometimes a separate switch that is normally closed, and allows power through until the brake pedal is depressed. This is usually part of a locking torque converter system, cruise control, and similar. Here is where it can get tricky: many vehicles use the same bulb for rear turn signals and brake lights. In these cases, power to the brake lights is routed through the turn signal switch. If you don't have a schematic, you'll need to remove the lower dash panel(s) and manually follow the wires from the brake light switch. Whichever component gets the buck and doesn't pass it when commanded to do so is the culprit.
