Caravan door gasket loose

How do I reattach the rubber gasket or
weatherstripping that is on my 2005 Dodge
grand Caravan front passenger side door?
It has come loose and is just dangling.
There are some little blue "Things" along
the inside of the door that looks like they
may attach to it, but I don't know how to
attach them back. I cannot seem to find
any videos or help on this topic.

those little blue things fit into holes in the door gasket, hopefully the little holes on the door gasket are not ripped/enlarged
