Always first thing to check is the battery and the battery connections. Has the battery been tested? Are the battery connections absolutely clean and tight? Are the ground connections clean and tight? Is the electrical connection at the started clean and tight? Does the engine turn over when trying to start?

Especially in this hot weather check your battery does not need topping up or it will short across the plates
