So i had really good heat where it would be on and
you had to turn it down but now it blow luke warm i
replaced the water pump the thermostat royal tire
said the hooked hoses uo and there machine says
its blowing hot what else could it be the blower
motor was replaced also a week after i bought the
van

This does have a heater control valve which if not working could be limiting coolant to the heater core. Check too the blend door operation. Did they check heater core for flow or blockages?
