Hello, Here is a step-by-step from someone who removed a 2002 Caravan radio, which should be similar to your own: http://www.rckara.org/content.php?contentID=40&ID=77 Best of luck! CarGrrl

Pull the drink holder. Exposes a tab min the middle. Press remove the holder. Pull the little plastic piece above it. Its fastened by clips. That exposes two screws. You need a philips. After that, carefully pry the plastic facade up to the vents, again fastened by clips. Four screws secure the stereo.
