06 dodge magnum water in oil/engine

Asked by GuruYN24D Mar 28, 2018 at 06:28 PM about the 2006 Dodge Magnum

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car overheated and died. Put water in the resovoir
and it leaked almost immediately into oil.
Is this a blown head gasket?
Is it fixable or should I just replace whole engine.

Most likely it is a blown head gasket or cracked cylinder head. It probably is fixable, but will be expensive.
