Good chance they are. If memory serves the cut off year for interchangeability of explorer parts wereearly models to 1994. I know 1995 to 2000 have many of the same steering and suspension parts, as long as you are not mixing apples with oranges or 2 wheel with 4 wheel drive vehicles. Here is a suggestion. Plug in the part you need for the 95 in an online catalog. Jot down the part number. If it is the same for a 2001 you're in luck.
