car not running properly

hey guys i was just wondering if anyone could help me with a problem with my 89 mark..... my car is popping out of the exhaust and pinging aswell.... i have changed the spark plugs and wires, the distibuter, changed the exhaust.. if anyone has any recommendations let me know.

Have you checked the distributor and timing? Many times when you change plugs, your timing will be too far advanced, which will give you the ping and loss of power. They're built to run on 87 octane, so normal regular should provide enough to make it run smoothly.
