How to get it out of 4 wheel drive, stuck in fwd

Good Morning Tbf1, Have you tried driving slowly forward in a straight line and then shifting into neutral and allow the truck to roll to a stop. Then try the same thing in reverse? This usually works for me, Good Luck. Rats
