"99 sebring conv - right rear pwr window not working - any ideas on relatively easy repair

was working sluggishly now not at all - don't want to spend too much on repair- otherwise car i've  had since new works quite okay - wouldn't mind a suggestion on propping it closed except when top is operated.   ans to   profmurph_00@yahoo.com

Cable is frayed and snagging binding the window if you've never replaced one you may want to consult the dealer or a mechanic friend they can be a real bitch kitty removal and installation, and setting the proper adjustment on the quarter glass.
