Light on gears at night

The gears are invisible on the dash at night. and the dash is not bright enough
is there any way to adjust this / i bought this car used . could anyone please
assist me and tell me how to change the settings  that i may see properly at
night.

Thank you Tom . I found the switch however nothing happened. Its still very hard to see without a flashlight? Could there be a blown fuse or some other reason why this light isn't working. ?
