Spray water from a spray bottle on the belt while it is running, if the noise goes away, then there is going to be a bad idler pulley or belt tensioner, if the noise gets worse, the belt would need to be replaced, but the belt tensioner should be inspected for separation between the two halves. It should be an even close fit, no gaps in the halves of the tensioner.
