I have a Chrysler 300m we just put a new transmission in, now it won't crank over or start but it will start if you start it from the relay. Do you know what will cause that.

netrual safety switch, you already removed the relay? you can bench check the relay. When you turned the key. did the solenoid click? a de-energized relay should have continuity between terminals 87a & 30, and no continuity between 87 & 30.. .if not ok replace the relay. if ok. check feed terminal 30. always hot battery

check you wires. insulation gets old and cracks hence wires become broken or grounded.
