2004 chrysler sebring 2.7

I had a timing chain go out and bent valves in
heads i had replaced timing chain and gears
tensioners and guide rails started the car and ran
great 2 days later water pump went out so i
replaced it and now it won't start unless i unhook
camshaft sensor then it will start after about 5
seconds but acts like it has a rev limiter right at
about 3k even when im in drive once it shifts to
next gear and rpms drop it runs fine till rpms get
back up to around 3k i have replaced the cam the
crank the map and the mass air flow sensors and
still the same if anyone can help would be greatly
apreciated

It sounds to me like you are rebuilding an engine in piecemeal fashion. Did you rebuild the heads at least after bending the valves?
